and mahogany display models. To me, an old Cessna Avionics Tech, the 182
was the smallest Cessna that had a zip when you pushed in the throttle. My
friend had a Cessna 182 with the Roberson STOL kit which gave it a noticeable
takeoff performance, but I'm not experienced enough to notice a top speed
performance. But the Cessna Skylane can get you to altitude and where you
want in no time at all. These model kits are great gifts to the General
Aviation Pilot.
