lower 48 states along with many, many other mountains, I've been in the jungles
of Philippines, have traveled through northern Siberia and led a North Pole

information.
Thanks for this information. It was really
interesting. I remember reading about eating raw fruits and vegetables
for the living enzymes, but never hearing when to eat these foods. I've
learned and realized a whole lot.
Another thing that I totally forgot about. When I was in Sacramento, my
friend told me about the Chinese health method about eating food. It
kind of goes with the cold water theory, which really sounds to be
true. He said the long living Chinese would eat their food and not eat
or drink a single thing for about two hours afterwards. He described
the reasons for this is that once that you have eaten, your stomach
sends signals to your brain to add so much acid and other chemicals. If
you drink something after you eat, not the whole process is totally
messed up causing the brain to add more acid. The extra acid starts
problems like acid reflux disease and ulcers.
I have a pamphlet around here somewhere, but it talked about homogenized
milk. Homogenized milk is made so that the fat doesn't float to the
top. They do this by breaking up the fat molecules so that they will
stay mixed with the other parts of the milk, only for the reason of
looks. But what happens here is that the broken up fat molecules don't
get digested in the proper way and enter directly into the blood,
undigested. These fat molecules cause small lesions in the arteries
which are then covered with plaque and other fat deposits, clogging the
arteries.
Just recently I was watching a commercial for a spray that can be used
in to spray into your pets mouth killing the bacteria that causes plaque
buildup on the teeth. The commercial went on to say that these plaque
deposits are also deposited in the arteries, the heart, liver and
kidneys, causing them to fail too. This was super interesting because
of my experiments with the extreme swishing of whiskey. It too kills
the bacteria and other bacteria's too.
Here's what happened to me by swishing less than a shot of whiskey a
day.
My teeth never have plaque buildup.
My gums never need flossed.
My perpetual sore throat has gone and I can now, again, talk like Cheech
and Chong.
My ear canals have opened up enough so that I can insert a Q-tip cotton
swab.
My hernia gives me almost no problem and has opened up enough so that I
can eat almost like a normal person.
I don't have to use anti-acid anymore.
I don't have to get up five to six times a night to go to the restroom.
My breath no longer smells like feces.
The glands in my neck are no longer swollen.
I don't have a continuous stuffy nose and I no longer need nasal spray.
My allergies have almost totally disappeared.
That's a whole lot, and for every single one of these problems, the
doctors had some kind of drug to give me that did almost no good at all,
yet produced all kinds of terrible side effects.
About twenty years ago I was having problems playing my guitar because
of the pain in my fingers. I believe that this pain was arthritis
caused from freezing my hands so many times. I read that book on
healing foods of he Bible and it said that garlic would fix the
problem. When I tried the garlic pills, I had to eat about half of a
bottle for me to see any effect and I wreaked with the smell of garlic.
So I tried the sliced garlic, a whole, large, clove, in a grilled cheese
sandwich. In just three days the finger pain was gone and I just felt
better all around.
Another article talked about gull stones and distilled water. Drinking
distilled water can melt the gull stones and eliminate the formation of
new ones. In my thoughts I realized that using distilled water has
other benefits in the body too. All of the cells processes need water.
If the water is distilled, it is on hundred percent available to react
as the body requires. If the water contains minerals and other
chemicals, then these chemicals are locking the water up and the body
needs more water to do the job properly, not to mention that the other
chemicals can have a bad effect on the body in many other ways. In
fact, a look at fluoride in the water, on a television program, showed
that fluoride is a super toxin somewhere between lead and mercury, it's
that bad.
Our doctors are in business to make money. That's why they call it the
medical and drug industry, they are there to make as much profit that
the market will bare. About fifteen years ago the Veterans
Administration did a study and found that it was much less costly to
spend an hour per patient and find out what the problem really was
before prescribing medicine or treatment. Civilian doctors still use
the old VA method of using a true fifteen seconds of verbal diagnosis
before prescribing drugs or treatment. I know this for a fact after
being disabled and going to doctors, very often, for a period of over
thirty years.
Doctors don't care about their patients at all, they just care about
getting the money.
One day I watch Dr. Everett Coup talking on TV. He said that he doesn't
understand why doctors are still doing ulcer surgery because all they
have to do is to give the patient a antibiotic and the ulcers
disappear. It's because doctors want your money. This is why the
doctor in Chicago did fifteen or sixteen operations on my stomach, he
wanted to make money. But the swishing complete stopped the problems,
as described above, and I'm now, really, suffering from the problems
that all of these operations caused.

It's long but very informative.
We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just
popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's
important to know how and when to eat fruit
What is the correct way of eating fruits?
IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! *
FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.
If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role in detoxifying
your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss
and other life activities.
FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD. Let's say you eat two slices of bread
and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight
through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing
so.
In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The
minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and
digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.....
So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! You
have heard people complaining - every time I eat watermelon I burp, when
I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like
running to the toilet etc - actually all this will not arise if you eat
the fruit on an empty stomach. If fruit mixes with the putrefying other
food and produces gas, hence you will bloat!
Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes
-- all these will NOT happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.
There is no such thing as some fruits being acidic, such as orange and
lemon, because all fruits become alkaline in our bodies, according to
Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have
mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of
beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.
When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT
from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat
cooked fruits because you won't get the nutrients at all. You only get
the taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.
But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you
should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because
you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on
a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit
juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends
tell you how radiant you look!
KIWI: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium,
vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.
APPLE: An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low
vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhance the
activity of vitamin C, thereby helping to lower the risks of colon
cancer, heart attack & stroke.
STRAWBERRY: Protective Fruit. Strawberries have the highest total
antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body from
cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals.
ORANGE : Sweetest medicine. Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep colds

Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer! Can you believe this? For

slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it
will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid

A JOKE!) Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going
to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line..
You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart
attack . Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms... Sixty
percent of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not
wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be
careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could
survive...
