Nomination of Charles E. Sorensen into the Automotive Hall of Fame.

Charles E. Sorensen, America's Great Industrial Genus.
"If this is the role of the four-engine B-24 bomber, then the industrial historian may one day pause over the creative act that helped launch the weapon in quantity production.  He will almost certainly pause before the man himself"

The above statement was written over fifty years ago by the Fortune Magazine, and I am sure they would agree that it is time to have Charles E. Sorensen in the Automobile Hall of Fame, and recognized for his World War II victories over Hitler, and the Japanese.

On October 8th, 2001 Sorensen was nominated, and accepted, posthumously, into the Automobile Hall of Fame by Willow Run author Warren Benjamin Kidder for his incomparable role in Allied victories during World War II.
