Arctic Wolf Skin Hat in the Northern Siberian City of Khatanga, Russia.

I am trying on a wolf skin hat that some man in Khatanga was selling for 100 Rubles, about three dollars.  The man was very drunk and I'm not thoroughly convinced that he was the true owner of this hat.  Hats like this usually cost about 170.00 making this one a super bargain.  I didn't buy it because I felt it may be a stolen hat.
