From The Webmaster:  You're best off buying Logitech or Saitek, they work great and you get more for your money.  I gave my Microsoft joystick away because the throttle didn't work properly and the molding on the handle made my hand sore.  I bought a Logitech Wingman Pro and I am super satisfied because it works great and is very realistic.  The Saitek X52 is my next step up.
