A-7 on the USS Kitty Hawk

 

Once the bombs are brought to the airplane, you need to get them on the pylons.  Take a close look at the pylon on this airplane.  You will see the pylon then just below it is another white object.  This is a TER ( Triple Ejection Rack)  The TER will hold three bombs.  There is another device, which is not shown on this plane, that is attached to the pylon instead of a TER.  This is a MER (Multiple Ejection Rack )  A MER will hold six bombs.
