technology,

This picture was taken using a digital camera, a Minolta Dimage 7i 5.2
mega pixel camera. We were flying to the North Pole and I took this
picture outside the window. The other camera that I used on this
trip was a Sony VX-2000 Digital Camcorder. This camcorder is considered
a Pro Sumer camera something between the professional and consumer digital
camera. When you are on an expedition, this is the preferred camera
by professionals like Curtis Lieber of Global Expedition Adventures.
The Digital Camcorder that he uses is the older version of the VX-2000
which is the Sony VX -1000. This is where I learned about Digital
Video Cameras.
