New feeder modifications include the following:
1) New meter design – new escapement - new positive extend/retract cylinder for the screw finger
2) Track full switch – photo cell with adjustable time on, time off delay
3) Collector – new design captures more screws in the track thus giving a faster cycle time.
4) Elevator – new elevator angle captures and hold more screws on the elevator
5) Motor – now mounted at the rear of the feeder – easier to maintain plus eliminates screws from getting caught in the chain
6) Relief chute – the bottom of the feeder has been opened allowing any screws that may have rested in the bottom of the feeder to drop into a container
