These are Kale Plants near Nenana Alaska.  These plants are from the Cabbage family and are the most nutritional of the Cabbage family.  For survival needs the Kale plant is great because it can be grown easily and most people will never know that it is eatable.  This is part of what I call a STEALTH GARDEN, plants that look like flowers and people don't know that you can eat them.
